In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide proof of the defect or sizing issue. 

We reserve the right to inspect the product and determine if it is eligible for a refund. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at questions@AXLEUSA..com and provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation. 

 If your refund request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the product to us. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days.

 Please note that custom-made suits are non-refundable unless there is a sizing issue that is our fault or if the product does not match the approved artwork. Additionally, any damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for a refund.
